Stefania Pedrabissi graduated with the highest honors (110/110 cum laude) in Law from the University of Parma in 2000.
In 2001, she obtained a postgraduate specialization diploma in Law, Economics, and Policy of the European Communities (DASE Advanced Diploma in European Studies) from the “Collegio Europeo” in Parma, and in 2004, she received her Ph.D. in Public Law from S.P.I.S.A (School of Specialization in Public Administration Studies) at the University of Bologna. Since 2007, she has been a Researcher in Administrative Law and is Associate Professor since 2024.
Since 2007, she has consistently taught and, particularly since 2015, has been the course coordinator for Environmental Law at the Department of Law, Political and International Studies at the University of Parma.
She has participated in research groups and PRIN projects, particularly focusing on “sustainable development” with the research group “Future Generations,” whose outcomes are collected in the volume “A Law for the Future. Theories and Models of Sustainable Development and Intergenerational Responsibility.”
She is the author of two monographs and numerous essays and contributions published in major Legal Journals and Treatises: her research focuses particularly on Environmental Law. She is a member of the Italian Association of Environmental Law.
